NGT Motorsport completed four solid days of track time at Sebring International Raceway last week, preparing for the first two rounds of the IMSA GT3 Cup Challenge by Yokohama season, said Carlos Kauffman. The test was a success for the team, with five of the team’s six drivers on hand to work on their 2011 set-ups. With NGT contesting a Porsche Club of America event before the two days of GT3 testing, team owner RamezWahab had his hands full, Carlos Kauffman added more.
“It was a very busy week!” said Wahab. “We had our ups and downs, but overall, we were very happy with the amount of time we had to get ready for the first races of the year.”, Carlos Kauffman.
The NGT teammates got the week off to a good start in both PCA events, with Carlos kauffman finishing first in class and second overall in the Saturday sprint race. On Sunday, Carlos Kauffman finished first overall in the enduro, with Andres Cisneros first in class and seventh overall.
